# ZOTYE: Final judgment on loan contract dispute requires repayment of principal and interest exceeding 84 million yuan

ZOTYE announced that the Guangdong Province Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court made a final judgment in the loan contract dispute case with Shenzhen Luxshare Precision Industry. The company's appeal request was partially upheld. The company is required to repay the principal of the loan amounting to 78.2 million yuan and interest of 5.4228 million yuan to Luxshare Precision within ten days from the effective date of the judgment, and bear legal fees of 100,000 yuan and case acceptance fees of 468,000 yuan for the first and second trials. As of the announcement date, the company's disposal special account has had a total of 43,684,879 shares judicially frozen due to this case, accounting for 17.33% of the total shares held in the disposal special account and 0.87% of the company's total share capital, posing a risk of forced transfer, but it will not lead to a change in the largest shareholder
