According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, XEMC (600416.SH) plans to seize opportunities and strengthen, optimize, and expand the flywheel energy storage industry to create a new economic growth point for the company. The company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan XEMC Power Co., Ltd. ("XEMC Power") will jointly implement a capital increase and share expansion for its wholly-owned subsidiary Hubei Donghu New Power Co., Ltd. ("Donghu New Power"), increasing the registered capital to 200 million yuan. After the capital increase, XEMC Power will hold 60% of the shares, while the company will hold 40%
