# PROLTO: Chairman Song Haigang resigns due to work adjustment

PROLTO announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Chairman Mr. Song Haigang. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Song Haigang has applied to resign from his positions as director, chairman, member of the strategic committee, and member of the nomination committee of the company. After resigning from the above positions, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Until a new director is elected, he will continue to perform the responsibilities related to his current position. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Song Haigang does not hold any shares in the company. In addition, the company will hold a board meeting on May 28, 2026, to review and approve the nomination of Mr. Guo Xiaopeng as a candidate for a non-independent director of the sixth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the sixth board of directors
