According to Tongbi Finance, the administrative penalty information disclosure form released by the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervisory Administration on May 28 shows that the Henan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China Co., Ltd. was administratively penalized by the Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau for inadequate management regarding the payment of commissions to real estate intermediary agencies by its local institutions.
