According to Tongbi Finance, the administrative penalty information disclosure form from the Zhoukou Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration, dated May 28, shows that the Zhoukou Branch of China Postal Savings Bank Co., Ltd. was administratively penalized by the Zhoukou Financial Regulatory Bureau due to project loan funds flowing back, inadequate post-loan management, failure to detect the misappropriation of working capital loans, and imprudent handling of personal housing loan business.
