# Brief News: Surplus of 3,828 times, CREALITY's midday increase of 36%

3D printing product and service provider **Shenzhen CREALITY Technology Co., Ltd.** (3388.HK) was listed in Hong Kong on Friday, opening up 80% at HKD 33.88, and then the stock price adjusted, closing at HKD 25.62 at noon, which is 36% higher than the offering price.

The company **offered** 73.428 million shares, with an offering price of HKD 18.8 per share, raising a net amount of HKD 1.272 billion. The public offering was oversubscribed by 3,828 times, while the international placement was oversubscribed by 25.8 times. There were a total of 15 cornerstone investors who subscribed to 36.639 million shares, accounting for 49.9% of the offered shares.

Approximately 30% of the raised funds will be used for research and development, about 25% for overseas operations, 25% for developing global brand promotion and sales channels, 10% for investment acquisitions, and the remaining 10% for general working capital.

The company's revenue last year increased by 36.7% year-on-year to 3.13 billion yuan, but it reported a loss of 182 million yuan.
