# SING TAO: Liu Junye has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative

According to the announcement from SING TAO (01105), Mr. Chan Ka Fai has submitted his resignation as the company secretary; the authorized representative of the company under the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Section 3.05; and the authorized representative to receive legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong in accordance with Listing Rule 19.05(2) and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) of Hong Kong (collectively referred to as "authorized representative"), effective from May 29, 2026. Mr. Lau Chun Yip has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from May 29, 2026
