# Jin Hui Co. to Acquire De Yuan Mining for 288 Million Yuan

Jin Hui Co. announced on May 29 its plan to expand its business scale and enhance its gold resource reserves by acquiring 100% equity of Li County De Yuan Mining Development Co., Ltd. for 288 million yuan in cash. According to Jin10, the funds for this acquisition will come from the company's own resources. Upon completion, Jin Hui Co. will hold full ownership of De Yuan Mining. This acquisition will also grant the company a new gold mining license and a gold exploration license, along with related production facilities such as a beneficiation plant and a supporting tailings storage facility.
