# M Stanley Cuts Weibo Corporation  TP to USD6.6, Rates Underweight

M Stanley issued a report stating that after WB-SW (09898.HK) +2.100 (+3.535%) Short selling $7.55M; Ratio 24.869% announced its first-quarter results, it lowered its forecasts and target price.

The broker kept its revenue forecasts for 2026 to 2028 largely unchanged, but reduced its gross margin assumptions due to intense competition. The 2026 operating margin forecast was lowered from 28% to 25%. Non-GAAP EPS per ADS forecasts for 2026 to 2028 were cut by 12%, 9% and 6%, respectively. The US stock TP for Weibo Corporation (WB.US) was lowered from USD7.5 to USD6.6. The rating is Underweight.
