Shares of **Optimum Communications Services Inc.** (NYSE:OPTU) rose sharply to lead the list of top percentage gainers.  The company announced a tender offer to buy back up to 120 million of its shares at $2.50 per share. The buyback represents about 42.5% of the issued and outstanding shares of Class A Common Stock as of May 27, 2026. The tender offer will expire at 5:00 pm (ET) on June 30, 2026. Optimum Communications Services surged 93.71% to $1.27 on Monday.
