The commercial spaceflight giant outlined that it could issue a “significant amount of equity in connection with future transactions,” which, investor **Gary Black** of **The Future Fund LLC** said, could signal a possible merger with **Tesla Inc.** (NASDAQ:TSLA). **Read Also: SpaceX IPO Could Trigger $30 Trillion Worth Of 401(k), Retirement Money To Buy SPCX As Dan Ives Predicts Tesla Merger In 2027** Notably, any mergers or acquisitions of Tesla could render the operational milestones stipulated in Musk’s $1 trillion pay package obsolete, with the compensation award solely depending on the market capitalization of the EV giant.
