# LIAONING PORT: Progress on the bankruptcy liquidation of the original holding subsidiary and arrangements for the first creditors' meeting

LIAONING PORT announced that its former controlling subsidiary, Dalian Container Terminal Logistics Co., Ltd., was ruled by the court to accept the bankruptcy liquidation application on December 16, 2025. As of the announcement date, the company has lost control over it, and it will no longer be included in the consolidated financial statements. The first creditors' meeting will be held on June 22, 2026, with an agenda that includes verifying claims, among other matters. Currently, the bankruptcy administrator is conducting asset verification and other work, and existing litigation cases are progressing normally.
