# SEVEN ELEMENTS appointed Ye Yinan as Executive Director and Chief Compliance Officer, and Situ Jianqiang as Executive Director

According to a report from Economic Information Agency on the 3rd, SEVEN ELEMENTS (01660) announced that Ye Yinan has been appointed as Executive Director and Chief Compliance Officer, and Si Tu Jianqiang has been appointed as Executive Director. Zeng Yueying has resigned as Executive Director and Vice President, effective from yesterday.

The group stated that Ye Yinan currently serves as an independent non-executive director of De Lai Construction Group (01546). Si Tu Jianqiang is currently a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. As for Zeng Yueying, she resigned to devote more time to other business commitments and has confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board or the group, nor are there any other matters related to her resignation that require shareholders' attention.
