# Chinasoft International gains 2% as BOCOM Trust increases stake

Chinasoft International (354.HK) rose more than **2%** in Hong Kong trading to **HK$4.35**. According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, BOCOM Trust Co., Ltd. increased its holdings in Chinasoft International by 9 million shares on May 29, at an average price of HK$3.73 per share, totaling approximately HK$33.58 million. Following the purchase, BOCOM Trust's total holdings reached approximately 248 million shares, representing a 9.07% stake in the company.
