# NARADA: The company's stock has been subjected to other risk warnings and related matters progress

ST NARADA announced that due to a negative opinion audit report on the internal control of the 2025 financial report, the company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings implemented by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange starting from April 30, 2026; on May 6, due to the freezing of bank accounts of the company and its subsidiaries, stock trading will be additionally subject to "other risk warnings." The company has taken multiple rectification measures. As of the announcement date, a total of 157 accounts of the company and its subsidiaries have been frozen, with an applied freezing amount of approximately 1.625 billion yuan and an actual freezing amount of 56.0447 million yuan; there have been a total of 23 litigation and arbitration cases in the past twelve months, involving an amount of approximately 222 million yuan. The company is actively working to resolve the debt crisis and reminds investors to pay attention to risks
