# Success Universe Shareholders Back All AGM Resolutions, Granting Board Wider Capital Mandates

Success Universe Group Limited ( (HK:0487) ) has issued an update.

Success Universe Group Limited reported that all resolutions put to shareholders at its 4 June 2026 annual general meeting were approved by poll, including the adoption of the 2025 audited financial statements and the re-election of directors. Shareholders also backed the re-appointment of HLB Hodgson Impey Cheng Limited as auditor and authorised the board to determine directors’ and auditor’s remuneration.

Investors granted the board general mandates to repurchase shares, issue new shares and extend the issuance mandate by the amount of shares repurchased, with each resolution receiving approximately 99.99% of votes cast. The strong voting support, with no required abstentions and full board attendance, reinforces management’s mandate and provides additional financial flexibility for future capital management and fundraising activities.
