In New York City, on June 04, 2026, Keystone Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: KEYYU) disclosed the completion of its initial public offering of 28,750,000 units, including 3,750,000 units from the underwriters' over-allotment option. The units were priced at $10.00 each and comprise one Class A ordinary share and half of one redeemable warrant. Each full warrant allows the purchase of one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share.
