# Starting next week, TSAKER NE's subsidiary TSAKER Technology will be listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange

According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 5th, TSAKER NE (01986) announced that its subsidiary, TSAKER Technology Co., Ltd., will be listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange next Monday (8th) and will terminate its listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations.

The group stated that the stock code for TSAKER Technology will change from the original National Equities Exchange and Quotations stock code 873772 to the Beijing Stock Exchange stock code 920206. The group indicated that from the date of successful listing of TSAKER Technology on the Beijing Stock Exchange, the repurchase rights for 2024 will be rendered invalid from the outset and will no longer have any legal effect or be binding on the contracting parties.
