# DL HOLDINGS GP held a financial forum, and the industry expects that AI agents will be difficult to completely replace human labor within three years

DL HOLDINGS GP (1709) held the fourth "Victoria Harbour Night Talk" forum, where Jiang Guofei, President of YUNFENG FIN and founder of Alpha Token, stated that the pace of financial digitalization in New York is ahead of Hong Kong, and there is a time lag in the market implementation between the two places. He believes that in the future, financial digitalization will no longer be limited to asset issuance on the blockchain, but will shift focus to full-scenario implementation, relying on Web 3.0 and AI algorithms to build an integrated digital system from front office to back office.

Regarding the widespread anxiety among practitioners about being replaced by AI, Andy Zhou, President of Ant Pool, pointed out that from a practical implementation perspective, existing general large models are difficult to adapt to refined professional businesses and to reach the trading systems and core underlying resources of leading institutions. He indicated that AI cannot currently complete fund transfers independently from existing bank cards and clearing systems, and that human-machine collaboration will remain the optimal solution for financial business in the current stage for the next 3 to 5 years.

## Regulatory Systems are Key Constraints

Eugene Cheung, Chief Business Officer of OSL, also noted that the widespread use of stablecoins "requires time to establish rules," and the vision of "the entire industry being redone by AI" is not achievable in the short term, as laws, regulations, and local regulatory systems are key constraints.

In terms of computing power, Andy Zhou stated that computing power is the common foundation for the development of blockchain and artificial intelligence. Whether in public chains or consortium chain ecosystems, the scheduling of computing power and server deployment directly determines the stability of upper-level financial products. In the future, the large-scale implementation of AI large models will continue to drive the demand for global computing power infrastructure expansion
