U.S. stocks traded lower on Friday, with the Nasdaq down more than 425 points. Shares of Merlin Inc. (NASDAQ:MRLN) rose sharply, after the company announced the successful completion of the Critical Design Review (CDR) for its C-130J autonomy program with the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) on June 4. (NYSE:AGX) gained 5.85% to $729.80, after the company reported better-than-expected Q1 financial results, with revenue surging 50% year-on-year to $291 million, and EPS of $3.24 beating the estimate of $1.02. Liberty Capital Corp. Series A (NASDAQ:GLIBA) climbed 5.82% to $21.98. Stevanato Group S.p.A. (NYSE:STVN) rose 5.78% to $19.58. On June 3, the announced that all resolutions proposed to the shareholders at the Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders, held virtually on May 26, 2026, have passed. Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (NYSE:CMG) gained 5.67% to $29.78. JP Morgan analyst John Ivankoe upgraded the stock from Neutral to Overweight while lowering the price target from $38 to $35.
