# XJ International to Gain Control of INTJ Group to Bolster Finance Education and Online Platform

The latest announcement is out from Hope Education Group Co., Ltd. ( (HK:1765) ).

XJ International Holdings plans to subscribe for 600,000 new Class B ordinary shares in INTJ Group, a Hong Kong-based provider of investor relations management, financial public relations, corporate image promotion and media relations services to listed and pre-listing companies, institutional investors and other capital market participants. INTJ Group previously operated an online education platform between 2017 and 2020 but discontinued it due to limited educational experience.

The transaction is designed to create synergies by combining XJ International’s teaching systems, faculty and student base with INTJ Group’s corporate client network, expert resources and online platform technology. By acquiring control of INTJ Group, XJ International aims to upgrade its financial college curricula with more practical finance and economics courses, expand student internship channels in listed and pre-listing companies and build a flexible online education platform, while securing full access to INTJ’s resources and protecting proprietary teaching technologies.
