# BABA-W/ Others Reportedly Establish Private Equity Fund with Capital of RMB3.91B

Changzhi Hanhai (Shanghai) Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (literal translation of "長智瀚海 (上海) 私募投資基金合夥企業") was recently established with a capital contribution of RMB3.91 billion, Chinese media reported, citing Qichacha APP.

Its business scope includes engaging in equity investment, investment management and asset management activities through private equity funds.

The partnership is jointly held by Changxin Xinju Equity Investment (Anhui), Hangzhou Haoyue Enterprise Management, an affiliated company of BABA-W (09988.HK) -2.500 (-2.042%) Short selling $1.89B; Ratio 20.283% , and Zhongwei Semiconductor (Shanghai), among others, according to Qichacha’s equity penetration data.
