This structural adjustment is seen as Alibaba's continued commitment and deepening advancement in its AI strategy. It is understood that this adjustment involves a number of AI businesses. Zhou Jingren will serve as Alibaba's Chief Scientist, leading the establishment of the Alibaba AI Future Research Institute, focusing on the exploration and breakthroughs in cutting-edge AI technology. Zheng Bo will lead teams such as Happy Horse and Happy Oyster to join the Token Foundry Division.
