Shares of **Graham Corp** (NYSE:GHM) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results. Graham reported quarterly earnings of 33 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 32 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $67.078 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $59.952 million. Graham shares dipped 8.7% to $97.83 in pre-market trading.
