1.  Kangtelong (01912.HK) will change its controlling shareholder, receiving a buyout offer at a discount of approximately 34.82%, and will resume trading on June 9.
    
2.  SENASIC (06675.HK) will conduct an IPO from June 9 to June 12, planning to globally issue 53.407 million H shares.
    
3.  CSPC PHARMA (01093.HK): The long-acting injection of Semaglutide (SYH 9017) has received clinical trial approval in the United States.
    
4.  ZHAOKE OPHTH-B (06622.HK): The board has approved a twelve-month share buyback plan, with a total buyback amount not exceeding HKD 100 million.
    
5.  YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK): In May, the company achieved contract sales (including contract sales from joint ventures and associates) amounting to approximately RMB 11.303 billion, an increase of about 18.0% year-on-year, with a contract sales area of approximately 325,200 square meters, an increase of about 33.0% year-on-year.
