# ST Huayi: The judicial auction of 28 million shares by the controlling shareholder has been completed, with uncertain results

ST Huayi announced that 28 million shares of the company held by controlling shareholder Wang Zhongjun were publicly auctioned on the JD Network Judicial Auction Platform from June 8 to 9. The auction has been completed with a transaction amount of 56.548 million yuan, and the bidder is Jiangbei Xingchen Enterprise Management Partnership. This auction still involves the payment of the remaining amount, court rulings, and equity transfer, and the outcome is uncertain. If the auction of the 68 million shares held by Wang Zhongjun is successful and transferred, the actual controller of the company and its concerted parties will hold 5.41% of the shares, remaining the largest shareholder, but there is a risk of unstable control
