According to the news from Zhitong Finance APP, XfmGroup (603225.SH) announced that on June 9, 2026, it received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" issued by Ms. Qu Fengqi, Tongxiang Zhongju Investment Co., Ltd., Mr. Shen Jianyu, Mr. Yang Jianfei, and Mr. Xu Jizhong, indicating that the aforementioned shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3.32%
