DAJIAWEIKANG announced that its controlling shareholder and the concerted party of the actual controller, Tongjia Investment, originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 6.1621 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading from March 10 to June 9, 2026. As of June 9, the reduction plan expired, and Tongjia Investment did not reduce its holdings in the company, maintaining 9.8 million shares, accounting for 4.77%. This reduction complies with regulations, does not violate the reduction plan and commitments, and will not affect the company's control, governance, or operations
