# Ferguson CEO Kevin Murphy Adopts Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plan for Equity Awards

Ferguson PLC ( (FERG) ) has shared an announcement.

Ferguson Enterprises said President and CEO Kevin Murphy has entered into a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan covering common shares he will receive through the vesting or settlement of multiple performance and restricted stock unit awards granted in 2023, 2024 and 2025. The plan, which runs until December 8, 2026 unless ended earlier, allows for the sale of up to 65% of the net shares delivered under those awards, with trading to begin no earlier than 90 days after this announcement and transactions occurring outside a trading venue, providing a pre-arranged and transparent framework for Murphy’s future share sales.
