# YUZHOU GROUP's contract sales amount in May fell by 24.3% year-on-year, and dropped by 28.5% in the first five months

According to a report from the Economic Information Agency on the 10th, Yuzhou Group (01628) announced that its contract sales amount in May this year was RMB 470 million, a year-on-year decrease of 24.3%; the sales area was 36,722 square meters, with an average sales price of RMB 12,852 per square meter.

In the first five months of this year, the group achieved a cumulative sales amount of RMB 2.301 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 28.5%; the cumulative sales area was 176,000 square meters, with an average sales price of RMB 13,057 per square meter. (rh)
