But it turns out that BYD is also trying to get a piece of the infrastructure market as well, offering charging systems that are not only faster than Tesla's Superchargers, but potentially cheaper too. Check out AGIX ETF BYD opened up a Flash Charger station in Germany recently, and on Tuesday, opened up the first Flash Charger station in the United Kingdom. This opens up access to 1,500 kW of charging capability, reports note, which is three times the amount that Tesla's V4 Superchargers can offer. Amazingly, somehow, the Flash Chargers can also deliver electricity less expensively than Superchargers can as well, with Flash Chargers aiming for 50 pence per kW, or about $0.67 U.S. BYD managed to get access to a lower rate on sheer volume, reports noted. Since BYD can charge more electric vehicles in the space of a day. Plus, Flash Chargers have internal batteries that allow for overnight charging using lower-cost energy that can then be used to charge cars during peak hours. ## **A Garage is Not a Drive-Thru** Meanwhile, Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised) system once again proved why the word "supervised" is included as, somehow, a self-driving Tesla managed to hit a residential garage on Monday morning in Redmond, Washington. The driver reported that the system had "malfunctioned" just before the crash, though just what the nature of the malfunction happened to be was unclear. No injuries were reported, except to the garage itself, and there were no signs that the driver was impaired in any way. But it does underscore the point: it is called Full Self-Driving (Supervised) for a very important reason. ## **Is Tesla a Buy, Hold or Sell?** Turning to Wall Street, analysts have a Moderate Buy consensus rating on TSLA stock based on 12 Buys, 14 Holds, and three Sells assigned in the past three months, as indicated by the graphic below.
