# Weilong Shareholders Approve AGM Resolutions and Final Dividend

Weilong Delicious Global Holdings Limited ( (HK:9985) ) has issued an update.

Weilong Delicious Global Holdings Ltd reported that all resolutions at its 11 June 2026 annual general meeting were duly passed by poll, with shareholders representing about 82.49% of issued shares either present in person or by proxy. Investors approved the 2025 audited financial statements, re-election of directors, and re-appointment of Ernst & Young as auditor, reinforcing continuity in the group’s governance and financial oversight.
