According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SEVEN ELEMENTS (01660) announced that effective June 11, 2026: Mr. Li Yicheng has resigned from his positions as executive director, vice president, member of the investment committee, and authorized representative of the company under Listing Rule 3.05, due to his decision to devote more time to handle his other business commitments. The board has appointed Mr. Wen Xiaojian, the company's executive director and acting CEO, as the authorized representative of the company. Mr. Wang Ge Rui, the company's executive director, has been appointed as a member of the investment committee
