On June 1, 2026, Enviri II Corporation, now known as New Enviri on NYSE: NVRI WI, successfully completed its spin-off as an independent publicly traded entity. This transition occurred just before the sale of Clean Earth to Veolia Environnement SA. New Enviri is now under the leadership of Russell Hochman, who holds the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer within the company.
