Boosted by this news, the company's stock price rose over 20% in pre-market trading, but as of the time of writing, the stock has fallen by 5.84%. Under the terms of the agreement, the two parties will collaborate to add 72 megawatts (MW) of data center computing power capacity in Australia. The cooperation will deploy NVIDIA's DSX AI factory architecture and ultimately expand to up to 40,000 Grace Blackwell GB300 GPUs to meet the growing demand from AI startups, enterprise clients, and academic researchers. This collaboration further solidifies SharonAI's existing position as an NVIDIA Cloud Partner and leverages its existing infrastructure layout in Australian data centers. Following the agreement, SharonAI's total AI factory capacity has been expanded to 132 MW, of which 102 MW has been contracted with end customers. The company expects that by mid-2027, the total number of NVIDIA GPUs deployed will exceed 55,000. As a high-performance computing (HPC) company focused on artificial intelligence and cloud GPU computing infrastructure, SharonAI is defined by the industry as Australia's leading "Neocloud" (new type of cloud service provider). Its core business revolves around accelerating the establishment of AI factories and sovereign AI solutions.
