This option allows the purchase of 6,100 shares of the company’s common stock at an exercise price of $5.86 per share, based on the closing trading price on the Nasdaq Global Market on the day of issuance, June 8, 2026. The option, granted under the 2018 Employment Inducement Incentive Award Plan, was approved by the board of directors and vests in increments over time, with 25% becoming available on June 8, 2027, and the full amount accessible by June 8, 2030.
