Capital Strategy Properties (497) has launched its project in Tsim Sha Tsui, which is now completed. Since its official opening, it has received numerous inquiries from the market. Today (the 13th), the project uploaded its latest sales arrangements and will re-launch 6 units for sale next Wednesday (the 17th).

The latest sales arrangements involve 6 units, including 2 one-bedroom units, 3 two-bedroom units, and 1 three-bedroom unit, with usable areas ranging from 272 to 707 square feet. The one-bedroom units will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 11 AM on the same day, while the two-bedroom and three-bedroom units will be sold via tender at 11 AM, with the tender closing at 12 PM on the same day.
