He highlights that the optimized vispa-cel (CB-010) subgroup in the ANTLER trial showed an 82% overall response rate, a 67% complete response rate, and a median progression-free survival of 17.1 months in second-line LBCL patients, comparing favorably versus approved autologous CAR-T therapies despite a smaller dataset. Burns also points out that the upcoming pivotal ANTLER-3 study will use the same optimized dosing strategy and benchmark vispa-cel against standard-of-care regimens in a larger, randomized setting with progression-free survival as the primary endpoint.
