LOPAL TECH (02465.HK) +0.630 (+4.384%) announced a plan to place up to an aggregate of 15 million new H shares, representing approximately 11.11% of the enlarged total issued H shares and about 1.9% of the existing total issued shares. The placing price is HKD13.09 per share, representing a discount of about 8.91% to the previous trading day's closing price. The net proceeds are expected to be nearly HKD194 million.
