# Xiaohongshu Said to Tap G Sachs, CICC for HK IPO, as Early as 2H26

Xiaohongshu hired investment banks including Goldman Sachs and CICC to prepare for a potential IPO in Hong Kong, which could take place as early as 2H26, Chinese media reported, citing sources. The fundraising size and valuation have not yet been determined.

At the end of last year, Xiaohongshu’s valuation in private secondary market transactions reached as high as USD50 billion, sources said.
