Csquare is an operator-neutral colocation data center operator that provides space, power, and interconnection infrastructure for enterprises, network service providers, and cloud platforms to accommodate and operate their IT equipment. As of March 31, 2026, the company operates 64 facilities in 21 major metropolitan markets in the United States, offering services that include enterprise colocation, interconnection, and additional managed infrastructure solutions. Its data centers are designed to support long-running, availability-sensitive workloads, with a maximum power density of up to 150 kilowatts per rack. Revenue primarily comes from recurring contracts for colocation and interconnection services, with interconnection service revenue accounting for approximately 10%–13% of recurring revenue in recent years. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Coppell, Texas, the company reported revenue of $1 billion for the 12 months ending March 31, 2026.
