# FS Holdings: Song Chunqing has cumulatively reduced her holdings by 28.6378 million shares

FS Holdings announced that the information disclosure obligor Song Chunqing, due to personal funding needs, has cumulatively reduced his holdings in the company by 28.6378 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding, accounting for 2.9711% of the total share capital. After the reduction, Song Chunqing holds 48.1942 million shares in the company, accounting for 4.9999% of the total share capital. Among them, he reduced his holdings by 1.5366 million shares and 17.741 million shares through block trading on August 30, 2024, and from December 5, 2024, to January 14, 2025, respectively, and reduced 9.3601 million shares through centralized bidding from March 18, 2026, to June 17, 2026
