# Xiaomi Corporation-W has entered into an agreement with independent brokers to automatically repurchase shares not exceeding HKD 4 billion

According to the announcement from Xiaomi Corporation-W (01810), on June 18, 2026, as part of the share repurchase plan of HKD 20 billion disclosed in the announcement dated May 26, 2026, the company has entered into an agreement with an independent broker (brokerage agreement), under which the broker will repurchase up to HKD 4 billion of the company's Class B ordinary shares (shares) on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Exchange) according to the predetermined parameters set forth in the brokerage agreement (automatic share repurchase plan)
