# Analyst Maintains Hold on Certara Amid Leadership Transition and Execution Risks

William Blair analyst Max Smock has maintained their neutral stance on CERT stock, giving a Hold rating today.

Max Smock has given his Hold rating due to a combination of factors tied to Certara’s current transition phase and execution risks.
