# YH Entertainment Wins Full Shareholder Backing at 2026 AGM

YH Entertainment Group secured shareholder approval for all resolutions at its 2026 annual general meeting held on June 18, with voting conducted by poll and overseen by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services. Shareholders endorsed the 2025 audited financial statements, re-elected executive directors including Ms. Du Hua, Mr. Sun Yiding and Mr. Sun Le, and renewed the mandate to appoint SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited as auditor.

Investors also granted the board fresh authority to issue up to 20% of the company’s share capital, excluding treasury shares, and to repurchase up to 10%, with the option to hold repurchased shares in treasury.
