# Telecom Argentina Gets Conditional Antitrust Approval for Telefónica Móviles Deal

The latest announcement is out from Telecom Argentina ( (TEO) ).

On June 18, 2026, Telecom Argentina reported that Argentina’s Antitrust Tribunal has conditionally approved its planned acquisition of exclusive control over Telefónica Móviles Argentina and its subsidiaries.
