ZOTYE announced that the company will hold the third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2026 on June 29, 2026. On June 19, shareholder Houtu Lande proposed to submit a motion to dismiss directors Wang Yian and Zhong Yufei for consideration. As Xu Mingzhe has resigned, Houtu Lande withdrew the motion for his dismissal. The board of directors agreed to submit the above two dismissal motions for consideration at the meeting, which will also review proposals for the cancellation of the production address of its wholly-owned subsidiary and reaching a debt settlement with creditors
