# ZHONG JU INVEST: Liu Chenpeng appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the announcement from ZHONG JU INVEST (01959), due to the pursuit of other personal matters, Mr. Liu Yuan will resign as Chairman of the Board effective June 22, 2026, but will remain as an Executive Director; Mr. Chen Huaqian has resigned as Executive Director and a member of the company's Compensation Committee; Ms. Li Huifang has resigned as Executive Director. Mr. Sun Haocheng has been appointed as Executive Director and Mr. Liu Chenpeng has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director, both effective June 22, 2026
