# SENIOR MATERIAL: Hong Kong public offering received 1,563.16 times subscription

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SENIOR MATERIAL (06067) announced the allocation results, with the company globally offering approximately 150 million H shares, of which 10% is for public offering in Hong Kong and 90% for international offering. The final offering price is HKD 8.98 per share, with a net fundraising of HKD 1.281 billion from the global offering. Each lot consists of 500 shares, and H shares are expected to begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 AM (Hong Kong time) on June 23, 2026 (Tuesday).
