# ZHONG JU INVEST Executive Director Liu Yuan resigns as Chairman and 2 Directors resign, appointing Sun Haocheng as Executive Director and Liu Chenpeng as Independent Director

According to the Economic Information Agency on the 23rd, ZHONG JU INVEST (01959) announced that Liu Yuan has resigned as chairman of the board but will remain as an executive director; Chen Huaquan and Li Huifang have resigned as executive directors, while Sun Haocheng has been appointed as an executive director and Liu Chenpeng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from yesterday.

The group stated that Sun Haocheng served as the financing manager at Suzhou Aikang New Energy, and Liu Chenpeng previously served as a member of the Party Committee and vice president of the Xiamen branch of China Everbright Bank. As for Liu Yuan, Chen Huaquan, and Li Huifang, they have each confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board and there are no matters regarding their departure or resignation that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
